Undoubtedly, when you are searching for a job, you will always look for a high paid job or a perfect location workplace. However, the benefits offer sometimes are way more important than the salary (money). Imagine yourself working in a high paid company but do not provide extra opportunities or benefits?

#1 Loans

To assist employees that need financial support, Maybank is offering 0% interest for the first RM100,000 on staff housing loans. This special interest rate is applicable for employees who have up to RM3,000 monthly basic salary. It’s a relief for employees to buy a house without having to pay high amount of interest.



#2 Flexible working hour and leave

Maybank have formalised Flexi Work Arrangement. They give options for staff to work on fixed flexible schedule, flextime and location and part time.



Maybank rolled out with sabbatical leave as well as extension maternity leave up to 1 year.

  • Sabbatical leave: Career break for 3 to 24 months with the advantage to enjoy medical coverage benefits.

  • 1-year Maternity leave: Can choose to take usual three months paid leave or extend another three months on half-pay. If they are still not ready to work, they can take the remaining six months unpaid leave.



#3 Help employees to discover their passion
